Delete your account

You can delete your Mindorax account in either of these ways.

1. In the app: From the main menu, open Settings. Under Account & Security, tap Account & Data Control. Tap Confirm in the first dialog. In the second dialog, fill in Current Password: if prompted, then tap Schedule deletion. You cannot sign in while a deletion request is pending. To cancel within the 30-day grace period, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
2. Without the app: From the email address associated with your account, email [email protected] with the subject Hesap silme talebi / Account deletion request.

Data deleted

Your account, profile, gameplay data, progression, tasks, and family membership are deleted.

Data retained

Purchase and billing records may be retained for up to 10 years to meet legal obligations, unlinked from your account. Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
